China Longyuan fully utilizes the National Wind Power Operation R&D Center and the National Occupational Skill Testing Center for Wind Power established after approval, and gives full play to the technical advantages of two wind power design consultancy institutes in Beijing and Xinjiang as well as the two professional centers for the wind power technology supervision and commissioning and the wind resource monitoring and evaluation to build a technical support system covering the whole process of wind power development. China Longyuan has undertaken 8 national "863" and "973" and science and technology support projects, successively won 3 national energy science and technology progress awards, 8 China electric power science and technology awards, and formulated 43 national and industry standards, held 339 patented licenses, leading the continuous innovation of wind power technology.
